Somatic Trauma Therapy

What Somatic Trauma Therapy Looks Like
In my work, I combine body awareness with evidence-based practices that are backed by experience. I often use EMDR therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care so that each session is personal and unique to every person I work with. Somatic therapy gives you tools to regulate your nervous system, move through and past painful memories, and build a sense of safety in yourself and for yourself.

I also offer online sessions to clients outside of the area, if you prefer the comfort of your own home. No matter how we meet, my focus is on creating a space that is safe and supportive.
