Online & In-Person Therapy

Life doesn’t always make it easy for us to prioritize mental health. Between work, family, health concerns, and the weight of everyday responsibilities, you need support that is flexible and realistic. That’s why I offer both online and in-person therapy, so you can choose what fits your life right now.

Online Therapy

Online therapy allows you to meet me from the comfort of your home or any private space where you feel safe and at ease. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform and follow the same thoughtful, personalized approach as in-person work.

Many clients appreciate that online therapy removes barriers like commuting, tight schedules, and physical limitations. It can also feel easier to open up when you’re in a familiar environment. Online sessions work well for anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship challenges, and ongoing personal growth.

All you’ll need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. I’ll walk you through the setup so everything feels straightforward and stress-free.

In-Person Therapy

For those who prefer meeting face-to-face, I also offer in-person therapy sessions. Being in the same physical space can feel grounding and supportive, allowing us to work together without screens or digital distractions.

Some clients find it easier to connect or go deeper when they are physically with someone, especially if they value the structure and presence of an office setting. The space is calm, private, and designed to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout your session.

Choose What Works for You

There’s no right or wrong choice between online and in-person therapy. Some clients strongly prefer one option while others decide based on their schedule, energy level, or current life circumstances. You’re also welcome to switch formats if your needs change over time. I’ve had clients see me in person for the initial session and opt for virtual sessions after that; this offers a feel for what the sessions would be like in the office, a feeling that you can bring with you to the online format.

What matters most is that you feel supported, heard, and able to show up as yourself. We’ll work together to create a therapeutic experience that fits your life, not the other way around.
